Middle School Aiming to Collect 10,000 Food Items

Hershey Middle School is currently conducting its annual fall food drive in conjunction with the pre-Thanksgiving building-wide Turkey Trot run-walk. Community is an essential part of the district’s COCOA Principles, as is ownership and the middle schoolers have taken on the challenge of collecting 10,000 non-perishable food items for local distribution. Community members who do not have a student in 6-8th grade but would like to support this effort may deposit non-perishable food items in a collection container in the Hershey Middle School Office during normal business hours
