• ADMINISTRATIVE 
    In addition to this application, applicants for administrative positions should send a letter of interest, resume, copy of PA certification, Acts 34 and 151 clearances, FBI Federal Criminal History, Current Act 24 Arrest/Conviction Report And Certification Form, transcripts, and at least three (3) current letters of recommendation to Mr. Jason Reifsnyder, Assistant to the Superintendent for Personnel and Student Services, Derry Township School District, P.O. Box 898, Hershey, PA 17033. In addition, the PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form (Act 168) must be completed at the time of application for every employer you have worked for since the age of 16 in which you have had direct contact with children.
